PARISH CLERK

The Parish Clerk is David Ogden who was appointed to the position in July 2024.  David can be contacted at the email address above.

 

Serving as a Parish Councillor is an important position as you represent your local community and may become someone who residents look to for help, guidance and support, the position carries a level of responsibility and commitment and at times requires hard work. 

Councillor's conduct: the LGA Model Councillor Code of Conduct 2020, was adopted by Great Ashfield Parish Councillors at their Annual Parish Council Meeting on 19th May 2022.  This Code has been designed to protect the democratic role of a Councillor, encourage good conduct and safeguard the public's trust in local government.  A copy of the Code is avaible to read on the Financial Regulations and Policies page of this website.

 The term of office of a Parish Councillor is four years.
